New challenges at work
I desperately need to set up a prospecting system that allows me to generate new business in the Miami-Dade area among the hispanic population. This new territory was assigned to me recently and since It had not been worked before I have to start from scratch. I am hispanic myself and I have been in sales in my country of origin before but I found that it has been a difficult task for me to cater to this market, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Venting some more
Here I am sunday afternoon and thinking that next saturday my Dad is going to be here and I am very anxious to see how things are going to develop. In all this years this is the very first time that my Dad and I are going to discuss something so serious that could even be a turning point in our relationship, my only hope is that he understands my position and that I finally can get everything out of my chest; things that have been bothering me for way too many years and that I believe have been poisoning my soul. I really need to unload all this heavy load that I have been accumulating throughout the years to finally find some peace and move on with my life.

This Business of Living
It is unbelievable to see how sometimes the people you think you can trust the most are the same people that are out to get you. I am having a little bit of a problem swallowing it because I can't understand how someone that says they love you can be the same person trying to manipulate a situation just because there's money involved. I remember that same person telling me not once but many times that if you see something in your children personalities that you hate or don't like at all, chances are that's a behaviour that's a reflection of your own personality, so, my question here is, is it me or is it the reflection of your own personality that you don't like when you criticize my behaviour in this situation? Just think about it Dad.

Lots of new things
It's been a while and there's a lot that have happened to me in the meantime and I hope to be able to talk about it in the next few days. Last time I wrote in this blog I talked about Mozilla Firefox and since then I've been on a long journey learning more about CSS and HTML to the point of having been able to design a complete website for the company I work for. It might not be the best website in the world but certainly is something that makes me proud, because is fully implemented in CSS.
