The auto dialer goes first
I finally decided that the first goal I will be working on is putting the auto dialer together as the first step to setting my vitamin selling business up and for that matter these are the steps to follow:Install Dialogic drivers on Old Computer CompletedInstall Dialogic Board CompletedGet lists of Numbers to call (bring from the office) Write the scripts for the recordings for both live people and answering machines. Order 4 new telephone lines for the dialer Set up merchant account Open UPS account Set up product packages to sell Write operating system step by step

Continuing with my goals exercise
I am finally down to 7 goals, now the most important task ahead of me is to prioritize them, make sure which one of them is the one that I would like to pursue first in order to make a ist of all the steps that I need to follow to accomplish this goal. Tomorrow I will write here which of all is the one that I picked out as my first goal and I will attempt to list 10 or more steps that I will need to follow in order for me to accomplish it. Taking Action...
I am finally starting to take some action. Today I started reading a newsletter that I have been receiving for the last couple of weeks from Mark Victor Hansen (Yes the same author of the well known Chicken soup for the soul series) in this newsletter he lectures about a specific topic that helps you get better and richer resuts out of life, but what makes the newsletter really amazing is the fact that after MVH explains the concept laid out on the newsletter then he leaves you with an exercise to complete during the week until you receive the next issue. I will recommend everybody that's looking for real improvement in their personal and professional lives to visit Mr Hansen's website and check him out, it will be a well worth visit.

Getting focused
Today on my way to the office I was thinking why I am not getting the results that I would like to get from life and a big word came in my mind FOCUS that's exactly what's preventing me from getting what I want. Now my next question should be what should I do to get FOCUSED? First of write exactly what I want, secondly make a plan with all the steps to achieve it.

Yes it can be done
I finally got through my daughter's party and It was not necessary to borrow any money. Though I have to acknowledge my wife because without her everything would have not been possible. She really was a magician stretching the money we "didn't" have for the party. I also have to acknowledge a very good friend of ours she was really fantastic, she worked on that party as if it was hers, there are no words to express my gratitude to Maritza, thankyou very much and God bless.

Running Around
As I said it in my last post my dad finally got here on friday and it's been crazy ever since, that's why I haven't been able to spend too much time on the computer. Hopefully during this week I will be updating as much as I can.

Today is a very happy day for me after almost a year and a half my dad is coming again to visit he'll be getting here this afternoon at around 6:30 pm, I'm looking forward to seeing him again.

My back is killing me again
I have the f.... pain in the back again and is killing me. I've come to the conclusion that my lower back pain is due to a combination of things like driving a stickshift car (yes, believe or not today I noticed that that could also be one of the reasons why) stress, lack of exercise, and a bad matress which I am in the process of changing right now. Although I 've been exercising exclusively my lower back muscles lately, the pain doesn't seem to have noticed it and I can't find relief in any way and I don't want to be dependent on medication. I don't know what to do.

Blogs sweet blogs
The more I research and read about blogs the more Interesting it appears to be. There's a lot to learn about how to write, maintain, design, publish, etc a blog. Of course that is if you don't want to be one more blog out there just using the myriad of templates available to everybody on the different blog hosting sites. On the other hand if you really want your blog to stand out from the rest you need to do your homework but the good news is that there is plenty of resources on the net where you can go and learn some of the stuff that you need to know to create your own outstanding Blogs. For instance if you need to learn HTML you can go to html Goodies they have some very good tutorials there or if you need to learn how does CSS work there's a very good tutorial at W3 Schools and keep in mind that another good way to learn all this stuff is by reading the blogs of programmers sometimes they write small tutorials for people that are not programmers, they will be able to show you a trick or two.

I've been most of the morning doing some changes to my blog's template and is coming out nice, this is going to be the look of it for now. I've been learning CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and this is the result of my studies. I hope everybody likes it.
My mind went blank
Have you ever been in front of a computer screen with a blank screen waiting for you trying to post to your blog and all you do is stare at it with your mind blank as your screen? Been there done that. Today I have no idea what to post so I figured why don't I say exactly what I feel? I bet you there's a lot of people right now staring at their computer screen with their mind going blank trying to post to their blogs too, but cheer up guys you are not alone Welcome to the club!!! ;-D

Quince años (Fifteen years)
Fifteen years ago I was a 25 years old kid full of dreams and getting ready to face a new reality I was becoming a DAD, yes I had been married for three years and now it was time to face a new challenge and to face a new responsibility, a very hard one though because now I was holding a minuscule human being in my hands that all of a sudden was giving a whole new meaning to my life. That tiny human being was Erika, my daughter, who is celebrating her fifteenth birthday today.
